The LABOPLUS device family combines proven measurement technology with digital IO-Link communication for user-friendliness and reliability in industrial automation. The bidirectional communication enables the retrieval of measurement and diagnostic data as well as simple device configuration without interfering with the cabling. As a result, the LABOPLUS devices offer comprehensive options for optimised process control and predictive maintenance in an Industry 4.0 context.

An analog output, configurable as a current or voltage output, is also available to the user. There is also a switching output that can be used for limit value monitoring or as a frequency output.

Applications

Reliable monitoring reduces costs

Especially in cost-intensive applications such as the lubrication of very large bearings, precise flow measurement of the oils used is required for cost and safety reasons. Screw-type volumeters such as those in the VHSX series achieve this by utilizing the volumetric measuring principle and work almost independently of viscosity.

Recording the flow rate of process water

The paddlewheel sensors in the Senseca RRI and RRH series have been firmly established on the market for decades.
