Local visibility makes liquid flow monitoring faster to assess on the machine. OMNIPLUS-F combines thermal flow measurement, medium temperature measurement and a high-resolution graphic LCD in one stainless steel sensor family for water and other configurable liquids.
The calorimetric measuring method works without moving parts, reducing mechanical wear in the flow path. Flow is measured from 2...300 cm/s, with temperature accuracy of ±2 °C in water at flow velocities above 2 cm/s. Wetted stainless steel 1.4571 and ingress protection IP65 / IP67 support robust installation in industrial environments.
Configuration is designed for both local and digital workflows. Parameters can be programmed with the multifunction ring, while IO-Link V1.1 provides digital communication with a 4 ms minimum cycle time. One analog output, two configurable push-pull switching outputs and an integrated preset volume counter give users flexible options for control, monitoring and counting tasks.
The transmitter measures flow in water and other liquids and includes integrated temperature measurement in the same device.
The device uses a calorimetric/thermal measuring method without moving parts for wear-free flow measurement.
The output can be configured as 4...20 mA, 0...20 mA, 0...10 V, 2...10 V, 0...5 V, 1...5 V or 0.5...4.5 V.
Two push-pull transistor outputs can be configured as limit switches, frequency outputs, pulse outputs or outputs for the preset counter.
The device supports IO-Link V1.1 with COM2 transmission, SIO mode, block parameterization and data storage.
A graphical 1.2 inch LCD shows measured values and alarm states, while parameters are set directly on the device via the multifunction ring.
The integrated volume counter includes preset functionality and can use a reset input as an alternative to the switching output on pin 5.
The device has an all-metal housing with IP65/IP67 protection, a mineral glass front and stainless steel 1.4571 wetted parts.
