Tight installation spaces and fast process changes need a sensor that reacts quickly without adding complexity. This ultra-compact temperature sensor measures gases, vapors, liquids and dusts from -50°C...+200°C and is designed for time-critical applications with restricted mounting conditions.
The thin-film Pt-platinum sensor is in direct contact with the probe tube, supporting ideal heat transfer and response times down to t50 \leq 1s and t90 \leq 2s. Pt100 and Pt1000 class A versions follow IEC 60751, while transmitter variants offer 4...20 mA with FSK interface, RS485 Modbus-RTU or IO-Link for integration into modern control systems.
A completely welded measuring system seals the sensor against the process. Stainless steel construction, M12 connection and ingress protection (IP69K/IP67) support robust installation, while threaded, clamp, milk pipe and Varivent process connections cover standard and hygienic applications.
The device uses a Pt-platinum resistance sensor according to IEC 60751, available as Pt100 or Pt1000 class A in 4-wire configuration.
Output versions include direct resistance signal, current 4...20 mA with FSK interface, RS485 Modbus-RTU and IO-Link with current or switching outputs.
Connection options include G¼"A, G½"A, NPT ¼", NPT ½", front-flush G½"A, milk pipe coupling DIN 11851, clamp DIN 32676 and Varivent F.
Configurable temperature ranges include 0°C...+50°C, 0°C...+200°C, -50°C...+50°C and -50°C...+200°C, depending on variant.
The sensor can be configured without neck tube or with a 35 mm neck tube for higher process temperatures.
Process-wetted materials include steel 1.4571/316Ti, with FKM/FPM – FDA or EPDM – FDA process seal options.
The sensor uses an M12x1 A-coded plug connection, with wiring depending on the selected output variant.
