ECO 121-GOURMET

Gourmet alarm thermometer for food temperature checks with fixed Pt1000 insertion probes, -70 ... +250 °C range, Ø 1.5 mm or Ø 3 mm variants, backlit 3-line display and IP65 / 67 protection.

Introduction

Professional cooking, baking and barbecue tasks call for quick temperature checks with a probe that is already attached and ready to use. This black gourmet version combines the ECO 121 insertion thermometer platform with fixed Pt1000 probes and a removable magnetic rubber protective case for practical handling in demanding food applications.

The family covers two probe versions: Ø 3 mm for robust insertion tasks and Ø 1.5 mm for fast penetration. Both measure from -70 ... +250 °C and use Pt1000 2-wire technology, with accuracy of ±0.1 K ±1 digit from -20 ... +100 °C. The slim Ø 1.5 mm version supports response times down to <2 s in water at 0.4 m/s, while the Ø 3 mm version reaches <3 s.

A 3-line backlit display, min/max/hold functions, zero and slope correction and configurable auto-power-off support everyday use. The device is rated IP65 / 67, and 2 x AA batteries provide more than 5000 h typical continuous operation.
