Reliable level control starts with a clear switching signal. This control unit works with SL series conductive probes to monitor liquids with low electrical conductivity and actuate a relay when the liquid reaches the probe.
The measuring principle uses low-potential alternating current, helping to avoid electrode incrustation and tank perforation effects associated with direct current. Standard sensitivity covers 10-250 µS and is adjusted via a front panel trimmer, with a 20 µS factory setting for straightforward commissioning.
Choose the single-channel VNR.2100 or two-channel VNR.2200 to match the control task. Each channel provides an SPDT relay output for connecting an alarm system or actuator, while front panel LEDs show alarm status directly. DIN rail mounting, ABS housing and IP 40 degree of protection support clean integration in control cabinets.
The unit connects to SL series conductive level probes and supplies the probes with 22 Vac.
The family includes the single-channel VNR.2100 and the two-channel VNR.2200 for separate level control points
VNR.2100 provides one SPDT relay; VNR.2200 provides two SPDT relays, rated 230Vac, 6A.
Front panel LEDs indicate alarm status, with one LED on VNR.2100 and two LEDs on VNR.2200.
Standard versions operate with 24 / 230 Vac at 50/60 Hz; 110 Vac is available on request.
The ABS housing is designed for DIN rail mounting and uses terminal board electrical connection.
