Small tank level control is easier to specify when the switch is compact, robust and available in the right connection style. This stainless steel version is designed for reliable monitoring with two electrical contacts, giving users two level points in one straightforward assembly.
The AISI 316 construction supports demanding liquid level applications where material resistance is important. Threaded versions use a 1" UNI 228/1 male thread, while flanged versions use double fixing with 2 or 3 holes. Rod lengths from 150 to 500 mm help match the switch to different tank depths.
Installation and servicing stay practical. The electrical contacts are hermetic and replaceable, the output uses a DIN 43650 plug, and the housing provides minimum ingress protection (IP) IP65. The switch operates at -30/+55°C and UR 90%, with a maximum temperature class of 105°C and a Viton flat gasket.
The switch uses SPST contacts with N.C. or N.A. status, changed by overturning the float by 180°.
Float versions are listed with Ø 30 x 32 mm dimensions, P.S. 0,75 or P.S. 0,55, and pressure ratings of 30 Bar or 10 Bar.
Rod length L0 is defined from 150 to 500 mm, with corresponding L1 and L2 dimensions shown in the dimensional data.
