Tank installations are not always built to one fixed length. This modular level switch kit lets users define the required length by adding an extension pipe between the control unit and process fitting, making it easier to adapt one assembly concept to different tank layouts.
The kit is designed for level switching with 1 electrical contact. The contact is sealed inside the control unit and immersion proof, while the closed cell float supports reliable switching in liquid applications. Threaded and flanged process connection options help match common installation types, with pipe and fitting kits available for assembly.
Built for practical use on site, the unit includes a DIN 43650 plug and provides minimum ingress protection (IP) IP65. The operating ambient range is -30 / +55 °C at RH 90%, with a maximum temperature class of 105 °C. Contact options include SPST with N.C. / N.O. operation by overturning the float 180°, or SPDT changeover contact.

The float is specified as a SPANSIL butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer closed cell float with Ø 30 x 45 mm dimensions
Brass threaded connection with 1" UNI 228/1 male thread is listed as standard, with a flanged double fixing version available.
The kit can use an SPST contact with N.C. / N.O. status by overturning the float 180°, or an SPDT changeover contact
The fitting assembly includes 1/8" Gas-female and 1/8" Gas-male thread elements.
A built-in thermostat is available on request with temperature options from 30 to 100 °C and N.O. or N.C. contact status.
