Differential pressure data logger for air speed and temperature

PRO 91x

Differential pressure data logger for air speed and temperature tasks, with ±20.0 hPa pressure range, K-type thermocouple input, Pitot tube calculation, USB-C, alarms and up to 1 million data sets.

Introduction

Airflow checks are faster when pressure, velocity, flow rate and temperature are handled by one handheld logger. The PRO 915-2 measures differential pressure in air and non-aggressive dry gases with a ±20.0 hPa range and connects to K-type thermocouple probes for temperature measurement from -220 to +1372 °C.

In combination with a Pitot tube, the instrument calculates air speed and, with the duct section entered, air flow rate. That makes it well suited for duct measurements where technicians need pressure, airflow and temperature values on one clear display, supported by Min/Avg/Max statistics, HOLD and REL functions.

For documentation, the PRO 915-2 stores up to 1 million data sets with date/time stamp and USB-C mass storage access. The backlit dot matrix LCD offers large value, multi-row, statistical and chart views, while the foldable stand, magnet, IP67 protection and external 5 Vdc power via USB-C support field and bench-top use.

Features

Differential pressure sensor

The internal digital sensor measures the pressure difference between the '+' and '-' inputs.

K-type thermocouple channel

A miniature female flat-pin connector accepts standard K-type thermocouple probes.

Measurement views

The display can show large values, multi-row screens, Min/Avg/Max statistics or chart views.

Pitot tube setup

The Pitot coefficient can be configured for velocity calculation when using a Pitot tube.

Flow rate calculation

The instrument calculates air flow rate when the duct cross-sectional area is entered.

Alarm configuration

High and low thresholds with optional hysteresis can trigger acoustic or optical alarms.

USB-C interface

The USB-C port supports mass storage access, serial communication and external power.

Measurement correction

Zero point and gradient settings are available for pressure and temperature measurement.
