Differential pressure handheld meter for dry gases and logging

PRO 21x

Differential pressure handheld meter for air and non-aggressive dry gases, with ±20.00 to ±2000 hPa ranges, 4 meas./s rate, USB-C, alarms and optional PRO 215-x data logging up to 1 million data sets.

Introduction

Differential pressure work needs clear readings, flexible connection and enough context to understand changing conditions. The PRO 211-x / PRO 215-x measures differential pressure in air and non-aggressive dry gases across four ranges from ±20.00 to ±2000 hPa, with accuracy of ±0.15 %FSS ± 1 digit typ. @ 25 °C.

The large backlit dot matrix LCD supports practical field work with large value, multi-row, Min/Avg/Max and chart views. HOLD freezes a reading, REL displays measurement against a user reference value, and configurable acoustic or optical alarms help identify exceeded thresholds during testing.

For documentation tasks, PRO 215-x adds internal logging for up to 1 million data sets with date/time stamp, CSV storage and USB-C mass storage access. Universal barbed pressure ports for 4 and 6 mm inner diameter hoses, interchangeable G 1/8 connections, a foldable stand, magnet and IP67 protection support demanding portable use.

Clear evaluation
Backlit LCD shows large values, statistics or chart view for quick pressure checks.
Documented testing
PRO 215-x logs up to 1 million data sets with date/time stamp in CSV files.
Flexible connection
G 1/8 ports fit 4 and 6 mm inner diameter hoses and can be exchanged.
Reliable field use
IP67 protection, magnet and foldable stand support mobile differential pressure work.

Features

Differential pressure sensor

The internal digital sensor measures the difference between the '+' and '-' pressure inputs for one differential channel.

Model ranges

Four measuring ranges are available: ±20.00, ±200.0, ±500.0 and ±2000 hPa, depending on model.

Measurement screens

The display can show a large single value, multi-row view, statistical values or a graphical measurement history.

Statistical values

The instrument detects minimum, average and maximum values and allows the user to reset the calculation.

Alarm configuration

Alarm thresholds and hysteresis can be configured with acoustic indication, optical indication or both.

USB-C interface

The USB-C port supports PC connection for serial communication and, on PRO 215-x, access to stored logging files.

Power supply

The meter operates on 4 AA alkaline batteries or external 5 Vdc power via USB-C.

Measurement correction

Zero point and gradient user corrections can compensate sensor drift over time.
