Continuous liquid level measurement becomes easier to integrate when the sensor can match the tank geometry, output type and installation method. This family uses a magnetic float moving along the measuring rod to gradually actuate a chain of resistors and reed contacts, delivering a continuous level signal with selectable 5, 10 or 20 mm resolution.
The design focuses on dependable operation with limited mechanical wear. The float is the only moving element, which supports a high degree of reliability in liquid level applications. Versions are available up to 6 m length, with a maximum working pressure of 20 Bar, standard working temperature up to 105°C and executions up to 120°C on request.
Output options support different control and monitoring setups, including potentiometric signal, 4-20mA analog output, 0-5 / 0-10V analog output and (0)4-20mA output with digital display. Minimum ingress protection (IP) rating is IP65, with cable-gland and plug variants listed for different electrical connections.
The sensor uses a magnetic float to gradually actuate a chain of resistors and reed contacts placed inside the guiding rod.
The family includes LC potentiometric output, LCT 4-20mA analog output and LCTV 0-5 / 0-10V analog output versions.
Electrical output options include DIN 43650 IP65 plug, M12x1 plug, brass cable-gland IP68 and polyamide cable-gland IP67 variants, depending on sensor type.
Threaded and flanged process connections are listed, including G parallel UNI 228/1, conical UNI 7/1 and conical NPT thread options.
For LC type only, a temperature sensor can be installed at the bottom of the rod on request, with PT100, PT1000, PTC or NTC options.
A damping tube is available on request, with aluminum and brass options listed, depending on the selected process connection.
