Introduction

Reliable conductivity measurement in pipe systems starts with a cell that fits the process mechanically and electrically. The LF2203 is designed as a 2-electrode conductive flow cell for pipe diameters from 25 to 63 mm, giving plant operators and system builders a practical solution for inline conductivity monitoring.
 
The cell covers measuring ranges from 0..100 µS/cm up to 2 mS/cm and uses graphite electrodes with a cell constant of C = 1.0 ± 3.5 %. An integrated Pt1000 sensor according to DIN IEC751, class A, supports temperature measurement directly at the measuring point.
 
For process environments with defined installation requirements, the LF2203 combines PVC-U process material according to DIN8061/8062 with a maximum process pressure of 16 bar at 22 °C. The 8 pole M12x1 round connector plug with ingress protection IP67 supports secure electrical connection on site.
