Demanding HVAC and industrial environments need more than a simple transmitter when measurement, visualization and control must work together. HD2817T measures temperature and relative humidity, calculates dew point, wet bulb temperature, absolute humidity and mixing ratio, and displays three values or real-time graphs on a backlit graphic LCD.
Interchangeable probes help keep monitoring running with minimal interruption. Each factory-calibrated probe includes a SICRAM 2 module that stores calibration data, allowing replacement with virtually no interruption to the process. Vertical and remote cable probe versions are supported, including specialized probes for compressed air and pipe applications.
Integration is flexible for control cabinets, monitoring systems and networks. HD2817T provides three independently configurable analog outputs, RS232/RS485 communication, optional relay outputs and a data logger with 9000-sample memory. Power supply versions are available for 24 Vac/dc or 9...240 Vac.
The instrument measures Pt100 temperature and relative humidity, then calculates dew point, wet bulb temperature, absolute humidity and mixing ratio.
The HD2817T series uses a 128 x 64 pixel backlit LCD to show numerical values or graphs of detected quantities.
The three analog outputs can be configured as 0...20 mA, 4...20 mA, 0...10 V or 2...10 V and associated with measured or calculated quantities.
The instrument includes a main RS232/RS485 port and an auxiliary RS232 port for temporary PC connection.
Optional relay versions provide two SPDT operating relays and one SPST normally open alarm relay for ON/OFF control and alarms.
The data logger records all parameters and output status at intervals from 1 s to 4 min, with circular memory management.
