Introduction

Reliable RH checks depend on a stable reference environment. HD75 supports checking, setting up and calibrating instruments with relative humidity sensors by providing a defined 75% RH reference point.
 
The procedure is designed for controlled work at stable temperature. After the probe is inserted into the closed measurement chamber, the sensor and solution are allowed to reach equilibrium before calibration starts, helping reduce avoidable RH errors caused by temperature differences.
 
Reference values are provided from 0 to 100°C. The solution supports probes with M24X1,5 thread directly, while M12X1 probes can be used with an adapter.

Defined RH points
Use 75% RH, 33% RH and 11% RH references for checking or calibrating RH sensors.
Temperature reference
RH equilibrium values are listed from 0 to 100°C for work beyond 20°C.
Probe compatibility
M24X1,5 probes fit directly; M12X1 probes can be used with an adapter.
Stable calibration
Closed chambers and 30 minute waiting time support equilibrium before calibration.
