Standard signals often need direct, dependable switching in the control cabinet. This limit value switch supervises 0...10V, 0...20mA or 4...20mA signals for underrun or transgression of set limits, allowing up to two switching limits without additional measuring devices.
It is well suited for supply and control voltage supervision, including filling level monitoring and pump control in water and waste water applications. Limit values are set as 0...99% of the configured signal range in 1% steps, giving technicians a clear, fast way to adapt switching points on site.
Two potential-free changeover relays support double limit value operation or two-position control with hysteresis. Configurable 0.4 s or 4 s switching delay helps prevent unwanted relay actions caused by signal fluctuations, while the 20 to 253V AC / DC wide-range supply supports use in common control cabinet power systems.
The device compares a connected 0...10V, 0...20mA or 4...20mA signal with the configured limit value.
The relay outputs can be configured for double limit value function or two-position control with hysteresis.
Minimum safety or maximum safety can be set separately for each relay output.
The connected signaling transmitter or measuring transducer can be powered by the integrated overload and short-circuit protected supply.
Limit values are referenced to the nominal signal range and the respective signal zero value, depending on the selected input signal.
The device is designed for vertical installation on DIN EN 60715 TH 35-7.5 or TH35-15 standard rails.
Power supply input, measuring input and relay output channels are galvanically isolated from each other.
