Fast temperature checks on small surfaces, in air streams or directly in liquids need a probe that reacts before the process changes. The GTF 300 family uses fine 0.2 mm Type K thermocouple wires to deliver an approx. 0.3 s response time, helping users capture short temperature changes with confidence.
The Teflon-insulated design is waterproof and chemically resistant, making it well suited to demanding measurements up to +300 °C. Class 1 accuracy supports reliable readings across routine field work, laboratory checks and portable temperature measurement tasks.
Several configurations make the probe easy to match to the job. Users can choose twisted and welded tips, untwisted welded tips or a weld bead, plus cable lengths of 1, 2, 5 or 10 m. Connection options include a miniature flat-pin plug (with optional kink protection) or loose ends with wire end ferrules.
The probe uses NiCr-NiAl Type K thermocouple wires with a fine wire diameter of 0.2 mm.
The cable is Teflon-insulated and highly flexible, with a maximum cable temperature of +250 °C.
The family includes twisted and welded, untwisted welded and weld bead measuring tip versions.
Versions are available with miniature flat-pin plug, miniature flat-pin plug with kink protection or loose ends with wire end ferrules.
Standard selectable probe cable lengths are 1 m, 2 m, 5 m and 10 m; other lengths are available on request.
With a suitable display device, the probe can be supplied with DAkkS/ACCREDIA-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 9001 calibration.
