Tight switch cabinet space should not limit how reliably a process is monitored. This compact limit value switch monitors one or two limit values from temperature and derived control signals, with universal inputs for voltage, current, Pt100, thermocouples and potentiometers.
Configuration via front-side DIP switches keeps commissioning clear, while illuminated adjustment wheels show the relay status directly in red or green. The 12.5 mm housing supports space-saving TS35 carrier rail mounting, and removable coded terminals make installation structured inside the cabinet.
For flexible switching tasks, versions are available with one relay, two relays in universal connection, or two potential-free normally open contacts. An optional 4..20 mA actual value output reproduces the input signal, and wide-range power supply versions cover 20..125 V DC or 20..250 V AC. Functional safety up to SIL2 in accordance with EN61508 supports dependable integration.
The measuring input is selected via front-side DIP switches. Supported signals include voltage, current, Pt100, thermocouples and potentiometers.
Device versions provide one changeover relay, two relays with universal connection, or two potential-free normally open contacts for different switching circuits.
The relay switching behavior can be set as a minimum or maximum contact via DIP switches on the front of the device.
Versions with analog output reproduce the respective input signal as 4..20 mA. The output is not galvanically isolated from the input signal.
Limit values are set with front control wheels. The scale illumination serves as an operating indicator for relay state.
The device monitors sensor break, short circuit and measuring range (input type depending). In fault cases, the relays become inactive.
Device versions are available for 24 V DC, 24 V DC with Power Rail connection, or wide-range supply of 20..125 V DC and 20..250 V AC.
The housing mounts on TS35 carrier rail and uses removable coded terminals. Push-in terminals are available as an option.
