Fixed Redox measuring points need a transmitter that turns the electrode signal into a usable process value without adding complexity. This Redox measuring transducer converts electrode signals in the -2000 ... 2000 mV range, or the range stated on the type plate, into 4-20 mA or voltage outputs for connection to downstream systems.
Installation stays practical on site. The ABS housing provides ingress protection (IP65, except electrodes), mounts through internal wall-fixing holes and connects via a DIN 43650 angled plug. The input is galvanically isolated, the supply is protected against reverse polarity, and the 4-20 mA version operates from 12 - 30 V DC.
The standard Cinch electrode socket supports every Redox electrode in the Senseca range, with optional BNC or DIN sockets available. Option VO adds a 3½-digit LCD with approx. 10 mm character height, plus error messages for exceeded measuring range and system faults.
The transmitter uses a high-impedance Redox electrode input with 10^12 Ohm input resistance.
The standard electrode connection is a BNC socket.
The angled DIN 43650 plug supports 2-wire 4-20 mA wiring and 3- or 4-wire voltage versions.
The 4-20 mA version operates at 12 - 30 V DC. Voltage output versions operate at 18 - 30 V DC.
The housing mounts through internal fixing holes after removing the cover. The fixing distance is 50 x 70 mm.
Option VO displays defined error and system messages, including FE 1, FE 2 and FE 7.
