Waterproof Handheld Meter for Gaseous Oxygen With Data Logger and Alarm

GMH 5695

Oxygen meter for gas control in protective gases, MAP and breathing gas checks, measuring 0.00 ... 100.00 % O2 Vol., 0.0 ... 1100.0 hPa O2 and -5.0 ... +50.0 °C, with data logger, alarm and IP65 / IP67 housing.

Introduction

Gas control becomes easier when oxygen, temperature and pressure are captured in one handheld device. GMH 5695 measures oxygen in air and gas mixtures as concentration in % O2 Vol. or as partial pressure in hPa or mmHg, with integrated temperature and air pressure measurement for automatic pressure compensation.

The waterproof IP65 / IP67 housing with protective silicone case supports reliable field use in protective gas measurements, food production and packaging technology, storage checks, and nitrox or trimix control. A large illuminated double display keeps values readable, while selectable resolution down to 0.01 % O2 concentration helps when fine changes matter.

For documented work, the integrated logger records up to 10,000 cyclic data sets or 1000 single values with measuring point input. Multi-point calibration, calibration interval reminder and calibration history support traceable measurements, while two alarm channels monitor O2 and temperature with horn, visual and interface notification.

Fine O2 control
Resolve small changes with selectable 0.01 % O2 concentration display.
Field-ready housing
Work in demanding areas with IP65 / IP67 protection and silicone case.
Logged evidence
Record up to 10,000 cyclic data sets or 1000 single values with point input.
Safer limits
Monitor O2 and temperature with two alarm channels and horn, visual or interface alerts.

Features

Oxygen measurement

The device measures oxygen concentration in % O2 Vol. or oxygen partial pressure in hPa or mmHg using an external GGO, GOO or GGA sensor connected via the 7-pin bayonet socket.

Pressure compensation

An integrated barometer measures ambient pressure and supports automatic compensation of oxygen measurement. A pressure connection is available for matching sensor arrangements.

Calibration functions

Calibration can be performed as 1-point air calibration or as 2- or 3-point calibration using air, zero point and 100 % O2 references. The device stores the last 16 calibrations with results and date.

Logger operation

The logger supports cyclic recording and manual single-value storage. Recorded data includes oxygen concentration, oxygen partial pressure, temperature, absolute pressure and time stamp.

Universal output

The OUT jack provides a 38400 baud interface, adjustable 0 ... 1 V analog output and 5 V external supply for supported accessories and PC connection.

Display and handling

The 4 1/2 digit illuminated double display shows oxygen values together with temperature or absolute pressure. The ABS housing includes a stand and hanging bracket.
