Process and PLC values are easier to assess when they are shown directly at the panel. GIA2448 displays standard voltage and current signals from 2-, 3- or 4-wire transmitters, giving operators a compact local indication point for common industrial signals.
The device supports selectable ranges from 0..200 mV to 0..20 V DC, plus 0..20 mA and 4..20 mA. The display range can be adjusted from -1999 to +1999 digits with a measuring span of 100..3998 digits, while the decimal point is set by solder bridge.
For repeatable configuration, GIA2448WE is preset to customer specifications at the factory, including input signal, scaling, decimal point and supply voltage. The 24 x 48 mm panel case, spring clip mounting and 10 mm red LED display make installation fast in compact control panels.
GIA2448 input signals are selected by solder bridges. Available ranges include 0..200 mV, 0..1 V, 0..2 V, 0..10 V, 0..20 V, 0..20 mA and 4..20 mA.
The display is adjusted using solder bridges and potentiometers. Zero point adjustment is possible up to +/- of the selected measuring span.
GIA2448WE is configured by the manufacturer according to the order. Required details include input signal, scaling, decimal point and supply voltage.
The device operates with 12 V DC (8 -20 V DC) or 24 V DC (18 -29 V DC). The range is selectable by solder bridge or factory preset for GIA2448WE.
Connection is made via 4-pin screw/plug-in terminals for 0.14 to 1.5 mm² wires. The S- and GND terminals are connected inside the device.
The glass fiber reinforced Noryl housing has front IP54 protection, or IP65 with optional O-ring. The mounting depth is approx. 65 mm
