Clear temperature indication helps operators react faster when process or ambient values move outside the expected range. This field-mounted meter measures with Pt100 or Pt1000 RTD sensors and shows the value on a 14.2 mm red LED display with leading zero suppression.
The measuring input is isolated and the indicating range can be limited in the configuration level. The same range is used for the analog output, making the device practical where temperature values need to be displayed locally and passed on to control or monitoring systems. It supports Pt100 from -100.0..+600.0 °C and Pt1000 from -50.0..+200.0 °C, with accuracy of < 0.1 % ±2 Digit.
For signal integration, versions are available with up to two SPDT relay alarm outputs and an analog output of 0/4..20 mA or 0/2..10 V DC. The PA6-GF/GFK 15/15 field case with snap lid, 2 x M16x1.5 cable glands and front ingress protection (IP) IP65 supports use directly at the measurement point.
The measuring input is designed for Pt100 and Pt1000 RTD sensors. Versions for other temperature sensors are available on request.
The start and end values can be set in the configuration level. The configured indicating range is identical to the range used by the analog output.
Optional alarm outputs use SPDT relays. Switching behavior, set point, hysteresis and delay times are programmable for connected switching tasks.
The analog output can be configured for 0..20 mA, 4..20 mA, 0..10 V DC or 2..10 V DC, with burden-dependent automatic changeover between current and voltage output.
Parameters are set through the front membrane keypad. A programming lock can restrict access to the configuration level or all parameters.
The digital filter continuously averages the last 16 measured values when activated and shows the resulting value on the display.
The working level can display maximum and minimum readings, with reset via keypad or automatically at power-off.
The field case provides clamp terminals for electrical connection and 2 x M16x1.5 cable glands as standard.
