Introduction

A damaged rotating impeller can interrupt flow checks in water or air. This replacement snap-on head helps restore the STS probe instead of replacing the complete measuring probe, with STE 005 intended for STS 005 and STE 020 intended for STS 020.
 
The exchangeable head is designed for windmill-type flow measuring probes used with GMH 3300 series handheld instruments. STS 005 covers water measurements from 0.05 ... 5.00 m/s, while STS 020 covers air measurements from 0.55 ... 20.00 m/s.
 
Replacement is straightforward: the snap-on head is pulled off in axial direction. The design supports careful maintenance of sensitive flow probes, while preserving the correct head assignment for water or air applications.
