Level monitoring becomes easier when display, control and signal processing sit close to the installation point. Designed for ultrasonic sensors, the unit displays, monitors and processes levels in liquids, pastes and coarse bulk materials, and also supports volume measurement and open-channel flow measurement at weirs and channels.
It gives operators a dependable view of the process, with measuring ranges up to 25 m and characteristic deviation of ≤ ±2 mm or ≤ ±0,2% of the set measuring range. The high-contrast TFT-LCD display offers digital value, manometer, chart and bar graph views, while 3-key operation and clear menu navigation support fast setup on site.
For integration into plant control, the indicator provides 0/4…20mA or 0…10V output, up to four relay switch outputs and four digital inputs depending on configuration. Wall, front panel and DIN-rail enclosure options support different mounting positions; field and DIN-rail versions provide ingress protection (IP65).
The TFT-LCD display can show the measuring value as a digital value, manometer, chart or bar graph, with device state and operation menu.
Predefined curves support volume calculation for horizontal cylindrical and spherical vessels, and flow calculation for Venturi, trapezoidal, rectangle and V-notch weirs.
The relay outputs support hysteresis, window, error indication, impulse and pump functions, including runtime or sequential pump control.
The analog output can be set to 4-20mA, 0-20mA or 0-10V, with selectable error behavior and signal inversion.
USB 2.0 and optional Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR support data transfer; a USB flash drive can connect via Micro-USB plug.
The device can be specified for wall mounting, front panel installation or DIN-rail mounting, with matching enclosure materials and protection ratings.
The ultrasonic sensor input supports USG2 020, USG2 050, USG2 080, USG2 150 and USG2 250 sensor types.
Diagnostic functions include error memory and system analysis; simulation is available for relay switch outputs and the current/voltage output.
