Small tanks often need level monitoring that is compact, easy to mount and simple to service. This level switch provides one electrical contact for straightforward liquid level control in applications where space and installation time matter.
The series supports threaded or flanged mounting, with process connection versions in brass, anodized aluminum or PVC. Rod lengths from 100 to 500 mm help match different tank depths, while the closed cell float and hermetic, replaceable electrical contact support dependable operation.
Practical details make the unit well suited to everyday use. The switch operates at -30 / +55 °C and 90% RH, with a maximum temperature of 105 °C. A DIN 43650 plug, NBR flat gasket anti-oil and minimum ingress protection (IP) IP65 support installation in small tank monitoring systems.
The float is specified as SPANSIL butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer closed cells, with Ø 30 x 45 mm dimensions and S.G. 0,35.
The series is available with L0 rod lengths from 100 to 500 mm.
Threaded versions use a 1" UNI 228/1 male thread. Flanged versions use double fixing with 2 or 3 holes.
Process connection versions are listed in brass, anodized aluminum and PVC.
The switch is available with SPST N.C. or N.O. contact by overturning the float 180°, or with an SPDT changeover contact.
A built-in thermostat is available on request with setpoints from 30 to 100 °C and N.O. or N.C. contact status.
The electrical output uses a DIN 43650 plug with IP65 protection.
