Small tanks need level monitoring that is simple to install and dependable in daily use. This level switch uses two reed contacts inside the measuring rod, operated by a magnetic closed cell float, giving users two defined switching points in a compact assembly.
The design is suited to economical level control where threaded or flanged mounting is required. Rod lengths are available from 200 to 500 mm, with process connections in brass, anodized aluminum or PVC, giving practical options for different tank designs.
Only the floats move along the measuring rod by hydrostatic thrust, which supports rugged operation and a limited need for maintenance. The electrical contact is hermetic and replaceable, the output uses a DIN 43650 plug, and the housing provides minimum ingress protection (IP) IP65.
