Reliable pressure monitoring matters when machines, hydraulic systems or process lines have to run with confidence. This universal electronic pressure sensor measures, controls and continuously monitors pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts, covering nominal ranges from 0…1 to 0…100 bar.
The robust DMS ceramic measuring cell supports stable readings in demanding conditions, with accuracy up to ≤ ±0.5% FSI and long-term zero drift ≤ ±0.2% FSI/year. A fully welded CrNi steel housing and ingress protection (IP69K/IP67) make it well suited for machine and plant engineering, HVAC and refrigeration, hydraulics, pneumatics, building automation and process industry applications.
Flexible electronics help you match the device to existing control concepts. Depending on the selected version, the PU4SE provides 4…20 mA FSK, 0...10V, RS485 Modbus®-RTU or IO-Link® with switching outputs, while M12 or EN 175-301-803 connectors support practical electrical integration.
The device is available with nominal pressure ranges from 0…1 bar to 0…100 bar for relative pressure measurement in industrial applications.
The internal DMS ceramic measuring cell uses an Al2O3 96% membrane and is designed for pressure measurement with problematic media and demanding ambient conditions.
Electronics variants include 4…20 mA FSK, 0...10 V, RS485 Modbus®-RTU and IO-Link®. IO-Link versions include push-pull switching outputs.
Standard process connections include ISO 228-1 G¼"A and G½"A threads according to EN 837 for pressure gauge connections.
The transmitter can be configured with an M12 connector or EN 175-301-803-C / EN 175-301-803-A angled connectors.
Available options include LABS-free and silicone-free design, TAG laser marking, EN10204 3.1 material certificate, preset configuration and factory calibration certificate.
