In high-pressure hydraulic, pneumatic and plant systems, stable pressure values help operators keep processes under control. Finely graduated measuring ranges from 0…400 mbar to 0…1000 bar allow close adaptation to the measuring task. The metallic diaphragm is available in flush-mounted or internal versions, with the flush-mounted process connection designed for viscous, pasty, adhesive, crystallizing, particle-laden and contaminated media that could block conventional pressure channels.
Local handling stays practical during commissioning and service. The graphic color display, keypad, rotatable housing and rotatable display support operation in different mounting positions, while 0/4…20 mA or 0…10 V output, up to 4 PNP switch outputs and memory for over 500,000 measured values combine process signaling and on-site data history.
The device uses a metallic flush-mounted or internal diaphragm with DMS thin-film or piezoresistive sensor technology in 316Ti/630.
Available process connections include ISO 228-1 threaded versions with manometer or flush-mounted designs, depending on the measuring range.
Electronics versions provide an analog current or voltage signal, with variants for 2 or 4 PNP switch outputs and 24 VDC supply.
The integrated data logger records more than 500,000 measured values. A battery-backed version adds time stamp logging.
A graphic color display and keypad provide local indication and configuration. The housing and display can be rotated for different mounting positions.
The device is specified for ambient temperatures from -20 °C to +70 °C and ingress protection (IP65/IP67) according to EN/IEC 60529.
Relative pressure and absolute pressure versions are available, with absolute pressure specified for full scale values from 100 mbar.
Versions are available for -40…+100 °C or -40…+125 °C with temperature decoupler.
