Stable pH and ORP control starts with a display that fits the panel and the process. Designed for food technology, chemical applications, pharmaceutical environments and sewage-water technology, this DIN 96x48 mm panel meter works with common pH and ORP electrodes and shows the process value on a red 14.2 mm LED display.
The measuring range is programmable from -1.00 ... +15.00 pH or -1500 ... +1500 mV, with temperature compensation via Pt100 or Pt1000 sensor. Calibration can be adapted to the task with 1-point or 2-point calibration, selectable buffer sets including SCHOTT, WTW, Ingold and DIN 19266, or manual buffer input.
For automation tasks, the device can provide up to 4 alarm outputs as relay or electronic outputs. Depending on the version, isolated active analog outputs for pH/ORP or passive 4 ... 20 mA outputs for pH/ORP and temperature support integration into control systems. The front protection rating is IP65.
The panel meter works with common pH and ORP electrodes. For cable lengths above 5 m, the pH40 impedance converter is recommended.
Pt100 or Pt1000 sensors can be connected in 2- or 3-wire configuration. The temperature unit is programmable in °C or °F.
Alarm outputs can be configured as minimum or maximum functions. Output actuation is indicated on the display.
The active output generates an isolated 0/4 ... 20 mA or 0/2 ... 10 V DC signal for pH or ORP. The output changes automatically according to the burden.
The 2A version provides two isolated passive 4 ... 20 mA outputs for pH/ORP and temperature.
Parameters are set via the front membrane keypad, including measuring input, alarm behavior and analog output signal.
The device uses a DIN 96x48 mm PA6-GF case with 100 mm mounting depth, clamp terminals and front protection IP65.
