pH head transmitter

PH40-2

pH head transmitter for pH electrodes with -1..+15 pH measuring range, 4..20 mA 2-wire output, 10..30 V DC supply, M12x1 8-pole round socket and IP65 PVC-U case.

Introduction

Direct electrode mounting keeps the measuring chain compact and helps bring a stable pH signal into the control system. This head transmitter mounts on pH electrodes and converts the measurement into a 4..20 mA standard signal for the range -1..+15 pH.

The 2-wire output version is designed for straightforward process integration with a 10..30 V DC supply. Its measurement is based on 25 °C, zero-point pH 7.0 and slope 59.2 mV/pH, with 0.2 % accuracy and no compensation. The high input resistance of >1012 Ω supports reliable handling of the electrode signal.

The PVC-U case is compact at approx. 100 g and rated ingress protection (IP) IP65. Electrical connection is made via an 8-pole round socket, M12x1, while the input plug is available for S7/S8 or VarioPin electrode connections.
