Long cable runs can make pH and ORP signals difficult to handle. This head transmitter mounts directly on the electrode and provides low-impedance 1:1 signal transfer, enabling error free measurement up to 100 m.
The Type 0 version transfers the pH or ORP signal in the range -1..+15 pH or ±1500 mV Redox while preserving a compact measuring point. With >1012 Ω input resistance and 0.01 % accuracy, it supports dependable signal handling directly at the sensor.
A PVC-U case with ingress protection (IP) IP65 protects the transmitter in field installations, and the approx. 100 g housing keeps the electrode assembly manageable. Connection is made via an 8-pole round socket, M12x1, with input plug options for S7/S8 or VarioPin electrodes.
he transmitter is designed for direct mounting on pH or Redox (ORP) electrodes
provides 1:1 transfer of the pH signal with low output impedance.
The output signal is available at an 8-pole round socket with M12x1 connection.
The transmitter can be configured for electrodes with S7/S8 connection or VarioPin (VP) connection.
For combination electrodes with VarioPin plug, the Pt100 / Pt1000 signal is available 1:1 on the pH40 round plug connector.
The transmitter operates from -10..+60 °C and uses a 5..30 V DC supply
