Reliable pressure switching does not always require electronics. PH1 uses a mechanical spring-loaded diaphragm or piston principle to monitor pressure in water, oils and gases, with switch ranges from vacuum up to 320 bar rel. depending on the version.
Two adjustment screws let users set the switching point and hysteresis directly on the device. This supports practical adaptation during commissioning, while the changeover contact, DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 plug and lateral cable outlet make the switch straightforward to integrate into machine and plant wiring.
The product family covers vacuum, diaphragm and piston pressure switch versions, with pressure ratings PS 20 / 60 / 350 and multiple process connections including G, R, NPT and M10x1 threads. Seal options such as NBR, EPDM, FKM and FVMQ help match the switch to the medium and temperature range.
A spring preloads a diaphragm or piston, and the switching behavior is adjusted mechanically.
The device provides a changeover contact for pressure-dependent switching.
The family includes vacuum, diaphragm and piston pressure switch versions for different switch ranges.
Available connections include G1/8B, G1/4B, R1/4, 1/4NPT, 1/8NPT and M10x1, with further connection forms listed as options.
The electrical interface is a DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 plug with screw terminals in the connector.
The pressure switch can be installed in any orientation.
