Introduction

Indoor air quality checks are faster when the core parameters come from one matched probe. This combined SICRAM probe measures CO2, CO, relative humidity, temperature and atmospheric pressure, giving technicians a compact setup for assessing comfort conditions and air quality in offices, schools and other indoor spaces.

The probe supports meaningful IAQ analysis with concrete measuring capability: CO2 from 0 ... 5000ppm, CO from 0 ... 500ppm, relative humidity from 0 ... 100 %RH, temperature from -20 ... +60°C and atmospheric pressure from 750 ... 1100 hPa. With the HD37AB1347 IAQ Monitor, these measurements also support calculated parameters such as dew point, wet bulb temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio and enthalpy.

A 2 m connection cable and 275 mm x 45 mm x 40 mm probe body make it practical for mobile inspections and room-by-room surveys. The SICRAM module identifies the probe for the instrument and keeps the measurement setup clear in the field.

Features

SICRAM module

The probe connects to the Indoor Air Quality input of the HD37AB1347 and is identified as a CO2-CO probe in the instrument menu.

Gas measurement sensors

The CO2 channel uses an NDIR dual-wavelength sensor. The CO channel uses an electrochemical cell with a service life of > 5 years in normal environment conditions.

Humidity sensing

The relative humidity channel uses a capacitive sensor with a stainless steel grid filter. Optional 10µm sintered AISI 316 or 20µm sintered PTFE filters are available for compatible probe protection.

Temperature measurement

The temperature channel uses an NTC 10kΩ sensor over -20 ... +60°C, with 0.1°C resolution and < 30 sec response time at 2m/sec air speed.

Atmospheric pressure measurement

The pressure channel uses a piezo-resistive sensor for 750 ... 1100 hPa, with 1 hPa resolution and ±1.5 hPa accuracy @ 25°C.
