Mechanical flow indicator for water up to 30 l/min

OT

Mechanical flow indicator for water flow control, covering 0.6...30 l/min H2O across five ranges with PN 10 pressure rating, G3/4A or G1A process connection and an integrated regulating valve with setting scale.

Introduction

Reliable water flow adjustment starts with a clear local reading. This mechanical flow indicator gives operators a quantitative l/min display and a built-in way to set the required water volume accurately and conveniently at the installation point.

The family covers five H2O indication ranges from 0.6 - 2.4 to 8.0 - 30.0 l/min, with Qmax values up to 30 l/min. PN 10 bar pressure resistance and a media temperature range of -20...+100 °C support use in water applications where flow needs to be checked and adjusted without electronic measurement.

Two process connection sizes support DN 20 and DN 25 pipework via G3/4A or G1A external threads. The scale is printed for bottom-to-top flow, and the installation position affects the indication range, giving planners clear guidance for correct mounting and readable operation.

Features

Mechanical indication

The device displays water flow quantitatively in l/min through a mechanical indicator.

Regulating valve

An adjustment valve with setting scale is included for setting water quantities at the measuring point.

Process connections

The family includes G3/4A external thread for DN 20 pipework and G1A external thread for DN 25 pipework.

Mounting orientation

The indication range depends on the installation position. The scale is printed for flow from bottom to top.

Wetted materials

Wetted parts use CW614N, PSU, PP, 1.4310 and EPDM as listed for the family.
