Heavily polluted media can challenge conventional Redox electrodes through clogging and unstable reference contact. This combined Redox electrode is designed for contaminated to heavily contaminated media in wastewater treatment and process chemistry.
Its double chamber reference system with extended diffusion range helps increase electrode lifetime, while the electrolyte bridge, gel electrolyte and 2 x hole diaphragm support dependable media contact. The hole diaphragm gives direct access to the media, produces minimal diaphragm interference voltage and cannot clog due to its large diameter.
The electrode measures +/-2000 mV and is specified for -5..+100 °C, up to 5 bar and media conductivity from 150 µS/cm. With 120 mm installation length, 12 mm diameter, PG13,5 process connection and S8 electrical connection, it fits standard process integration.
