Reliable level switching in compact fluid systems needs a clear signal and straightforward electrical connection. This mechanical level monitor uses contact-free triggering of a reed contact, giving reproducible switching for horizontal installation in water and oils.
The device is available with brass or stainless steel construction and supports G ¾ A or G 1 A male thread process connections. Spansil and stainless steel float versions are listed, with pressure resistance up to PN 25 bar for the Spansil float and PN 10 bar for the stainless steel float. Medium temperature is specified from -20..+110 °C.
Electrical integration is handled through a DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 plug connection with ingress protection (IP) rating IP65. The switch can be configured as normally open or normally closed, with ratings up to 230 V AC, 1 A and max. 50 VA. Capacitive, inductive and lamp loads require a protective circuit.
The device acts as a mechanical level monitor for fluid media and triggers a reed contact without direct contact.
Male thread options include G ¾ A and G 1 A. The switch is intended for horizontal installation.
Brass and stainless steel constructions are available, with medium-contact materials defined for each version.
The standard version uses a Spansil float. Stainless steel float cylinder and PVDF float ball options are available.
The reed contact is rated for max. 230 V AC, max. 1 A switching current and max. 50 VA switching capacity.
Fit for usage with water and oils, with aggressive media available on request. The device is not suitable for media with ferritic particles.
