Liquid level switching becomes easier to adapt when one instrument can cover several control points. The magnetic reed contacts sit inside the measuring rod and are actuated by one or more floats, with the float as the only moving element. This gives the design its robust character and helps keep maintenance needs limited.
The stainless steel AISI 316 construction supports demanding liquid level applications where material compatibility and mechanical strength matter. The product family offers up to 6 switch points, rod lengths up to 6 m and working pressure up to 50 bars, depending on the selected float. Standard working temperature is 105°C, with executions up to 180°C available on request.
Installation and wiring can be matched to the tank and control system. Options include threaded and flanged process connections, IP65 housings, DIN IP65 plugs, cable leads and cable glands up to IP68. A built-in temperature sensor can also be added on request, including PT100, PT1000, PTC, NTC or thermostat versions.
