Complete radiation balance monitoring needs more than a single surface reading. LPNET14 captures the four components of net irradiance: global and reflected solar irradiance, plus infrared radiation from the sky and the ground. This gives meteorological and environmental monitoring teams detailed data across 0.3...45 µm.
Two pyranometers measure solar radiation, while two pyrgeometers measure infrared radiation. The integrated NTC temperature sensor supports compensation of the pyrgeometer measurement, and factory calibration with a calibration report helps teams start with traceable sensor data from commissioning.
