Conductivity Cell

LF4613

Short description: Conductivity cell for pipe installation, measuring 0..20 µS/cm up to 0..200 mS/cm. 4-electrode screw-in design with G 1/2 A thread, Pt1000 temperature measurement and IP67 8-pole connector.

Introduction

Compact pipe installations need conductivity measurement that fits directly into the process and keeps readings stable across changing conditions. LF4613 is a 4-electrode screw-in cell with pipe thread according to DIN ISO 228, designed for measuring ranges from 0..20 µS/cm up to 0..200 mS/cm.

The 4-electrode measuring principle helps protect measurement quality by preventing influence from polarization effects and line resistance. Its insensitive behavior against soiling supports dependable operation where deposits can affect conventional cells.

The cell is built for process temperatures from 0..60 °C and process pressure up to max. 16 bar at 22 °C. PVC-U acc. to DIN 8061/8062 and graphite electrodes form the process material, while integrated Pt1000 temperature measurement according to DIN IEC751, Class A, adds temperature capture in the same assembly. An 8-pole round connector plug M12x1 with ingress protection IP67 supports field-ready electrical connection.
