Conductivity Cell

LF2603

Conductivity flow cell for ultrapure water pipe applications, measuring 0..20 µS/cm up to 0..100 µS/cm with C = 0.5, stainless steel electrodes, Pt1000 and IP65 or IP67 connection.

Introduction

Low-conductivity water in pipe systems needs a cell that can resolve small changes and integrate cleanly into the installation. The LF2603 is a 2-electrode conductive flow cell for ultrapure water applications in pipes, with measuring ranges from 0..20 µS/cm up to 0..100 µS/cm.

A cell constant of C = 0.5 ± 3.5% and integrated Pt1000 temperature measurement according to DIN IEC751, class A, support stable conductivity evaluation directly at the measuring point. Stainless steel electrodes and PVC-U process material according to DIN8061/8062 suit the cell to defined pipe-based process installations.

For practical integration, the LF2603 offers cylindrical or conical thread process connections in G ½ A, R ½, G ¾ A or R ¾. Electrical connection is available via a 4 pole angle plug according to EN 175301-803/A with ingress protection IP65, or an 8 pole M12x1 round connector plug with IP67.
