Reliable flow monitoring in water lines starts with a switch that reacts mechanically, without complex electronics. The HR2K1 family uses a spring-supported piston with magnetic reed switch actuation to monitor flow in H2O switching ranges from 10...150 l/min, with recommended Qmax. values up to 300 l/min.
It is built for demanding installations where pressure, temperature and housing material matter. Brass or stainless steel versions are available, with DN 32, DN 40 and DN 50 internal thread connections from G 1 1/4 to G 2. PS 200 bar pressure resistance, -20...+120 °C media temperature and -20...+70 °C ambient temperature give the device a wide operating window for water applications.
Commissioning stays practical on site. The switching head can be adjusted lengthwise for the required switching value, while ingress protection (IP65), DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 connection and optional M12x1 connector support robust electrical integration.
A spring-supported piston moves with the flow and magnetically actuates a reed switch when the set switching range is reached.
The family can be configured without mechanical indication, with side measuring indication O1 or with front measuring indication Z1.
The switching head can be adjusted lengthwise when the switching value has to be set, then fixed with fastening screws.
Internal thread versions cover DN 32, DN 40 and DN 50 with G 1 1/4, G 1 1/2 and G 2 connections. Further connections are available on request.
Standard connection uses a DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 plug. Options include an M12x1 4-pole round connector and red or red/green signal lamp in the plug.
A straight inlet and outlet run of 5 x DN is recommended. Filters are recommended for contaminated media.
