Stable flow monitoring is critical where liquid circuits need a clear switching point instead of continuous measurement. The HR1MV uses a mechanical, spring-supported piston with magnetic reed switch actuation to monitor water and oil flows across selectable switching ranges from 2...12 to 100...200 l/min.
The robust body construction is available in brass or stainless steel, giving operators a practical choice for industrial liquid applications. With PN 200 bar pressure resistance and media temperatures from -20...+120 °C, it is built for demanding hydraulic and process environments. The switch is viscosity-stabilized for oils from 30 to 200 mm²/s, helping maintain dependable switching behavior across common oil applications.
Installation stays flexible with DN 32...50 sizes, G 1 1/4...G 2 female threads and optional electrical connections including DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 or M12x1. IP65 protection, max. 250 V AC switching voltage and max. 50 VA switching capacity support reliable integration into control circuits.
A spring-supported piston moves with the flow and actuates a reed switch magnetically when the set switching point is reached.
Media-contacting parts are available in stainless steel or brass versions, with sealing materials listed by nominal size and version.
The family covers DN 32..50 with G 11/4..G 2 female threads. Further connection types are available on request.
The switching value can be set by longitudinal adjustment of the switch head and fixed with fastening screws once reached.
Standard connection is a 2.5 m cable. Optional plug connections include DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 and M12x1.
A straight calming section of 5 x DN is required at inlet and outlet. Filters are recommended for contaminated media.
