Solar panel temperature is a key input when checking PV performance and operating conditions. HD48...TFP transmitters provide dedicated active temperature measurement for solar panels, using a disk-shaped Ø 30 x 7.5 mm 1/3 DIN Pt100 contact sensor with 5 m or 10 m cable options.
The measuring range is -40...+85 °C, with default analog scaling across the full range. HD4807TFP provides 4...20 mA output, while HD48V07TFP provides 0...10 Vdc output for connection to remote displays, recorders or PLCs. The electronics are specified for -20 °C...+60 °C working temperature.
For digital systems, HD48S07TFP provides RS485 MODBUS-RTU output and can be connected to a PC or PLC. Several instruments can be connected in sequence using a shielded cable with twisted pair for signals and a third wire for ground. Versions with LCD display are also available.
The transmitter is supplied with a disk-shaped Pt100 contact sensor for solar panel temperature measurement.
HD4807TFP provides 4...20 mA and HD48V07TFP provides 0...10 Vdc, both scaled by default to -40...+85 °C.
HD48S07TFP provides RS485 MODBUS-RTU output for connection to a PC or PLC.
Analog HD48 models use 18...40 Vdc or 24 Vac, while the RS485 version uses 12...30 Vdc.
Models are available with or without LCD display and with 5 m or 10 m cable length.
CP27, RS48 and HD4817CAL software support transmitter configuration, depending on output version.
