Clean rooms, ventilation systems and filter monitoring need stable low-pressure data without complicated setup. HD408T and HD4V8T transmit relative or differential atmospheric pressure for non corrosive air and gas, with pressure fields from 10 mbar to 200 mbar.
The piezoresistive sensor delivers precise, stable measurements with excellent repeatability, low hysteresis and very good temperature stability. Factory calibration makes the transmitters ready to use, while the output is conditioned as 4...20 mA for HD408T or voltage output for HD4V8T, linearly proportional to the applied differential pressure.
For demanding installations, the sensor and electronics sit inside a polycarbonate blend (PC + ABS) housing with ingress protection (IP) IP67. The transmitters mount on a panel or wall, connect via Ø 5 mm flexible tube and support applications including clean room pressure monitoring, filter control, Pitot tube flow measurement, packing machines and ventilation control.
The family includes models for relative pressure from 0...+f.s and differential pressure from -f.s...+f.s.
HD408T provides a 4...20 mA current output. HD4V8T provides voltage outputs depending on the model: 0...10 Vdc, 0...5 Vdc or 1...5 Vdc.
The transmitter connects to the pressure line with a Ø 5 mm flexible tube for air and non aggressive dry gases.
The housing can be secured directly to a panel or wall. Models below 100 mbar f.s. include external access for zero adjustment.
The transmitters work from -20...+60 °C and store from -20...+80 °C, with overpressure limits defined by the selected range.
