Light source assessment depends on the right spectral window. The HD30.S probes extend the HD30.1 spectroradiometer data logger for either visible or ultraviolet measurement, giving users a calibrated sensor matched to the light quality, radiometric or photo-colorimetric task at hand.
The HD30.S1 probe analyzes the visible spectral region from 380 nm - 780 nm and supports illuminance, CCT, CIE coordinates, CRI and PAR calculation through the HD30.1. The HD30.S2 probe covers the ultraviolet region from 220 nm - 400 nm for UVA, UVB and UVC irradiance. This makes the probe family suitable for source spectrum control, museum lighting assessment, PAR measurements and UV-based applications.
Measurement confidence is built into the probe design. Each probe stores its calibration file internally, and the HD30.1 reads this data during operation. A CCD linear sensor with 2048 elements, diffraction grating in transmission and opaline quartz diffuser supports reliable spectral acquisition with cosine correction.
The HD30.S1 analyzes the 380 nm - 780 nm spectral region and enables calculation of illuminance, CCT, CIE coordinates, CRI and PAR with the HD30.1.
The HD30.S2 analyzes the 220 nm - 400 nm ultraviolet spectral region and enables calculation of UVA, UVB and UVC irradiance with the HD30.1.
The probes use a CCD linear sensor with 2048 elements and a spectrometer based on diffraction grating in transmission.
Each probe uses an opaline quartz diffuser with Φ 11.8 mm optical input dimensions for cosine correction.
Calibration data is stored in the non-volatile memory of each probe and is read by the HD30.1 indicator.
With the HD30.1, the probes support spectral irradiance and spectral transmittance measurement.
The probe dimensions are 75x150x74 (H) mm, with 1.5 m cable length and 370 gr. weight.
