Mini data logger for temperature, RH and dew point monitoring

HD208

Mini data logger for temperature, RH and dew point monitoring records -40…+105 °C, 0…100 %RH and dew point, with PDF/CSV reports, USB transfer, configurable alarms and optional LCD.

Introduction

Sensitive goods and controlled environments need traceable conditions without complicated handling. The HD208 series records temperature, relative humidity and dew point in a compact wall-mounted format, with models for internal temperature, fixed external probes or cabled probes, and versions with or without LCD display.

Logging adapts to the task: start manually, schedule start and stop times, or use delayed start after pressing the button. Two configurable alarm thresholds for each measured quantity help identify excursions, while automatic PDF reports and CSV files make it easy to document each logging session. The device connects via mini-USB and appears as a USB flash drive, so files can be copied to a PC without dedicated software.

Pre-calibrated sensors reduce setup effort, and HD35AP-S software supports configuration, real-time monitoring and database transfer. With IP64 protection, -40…+75 °C instrument operation and typical 2-year battery life at a 30 s logging interval, the HD208 series is well suited to transport, HACCP, pharmaceutical, storage, warehouse and laboratory monitoring.

Features

Logging modes

Logging can start manually, by programmed date and time, or after a configurable delayed start. Stop can be manual or automatic.

Model variants

Versions cover temperature-only or temperature and relative humidity monitoring, with internal, fixed external or cabled sensor configurations.

LCD option

Models with LCD show measurements, date and time, alarm thresholds, programmed logging times and delayed start information.

Storable quantities

Depending on the model, the logger stores temperature, relative humidity, dew point, battery voltage and Mean Kinetic Temperature.

PC connection

The mini-USB port supports file transfer as a USB flash drive and configuration or real-time monitoring with HD35AP-S software.

Advanced software option

HD35AP-CFR21 adds audit trail, user access management and data protection features for FDA 21 CFR part 11 recommendations.

Memory management

Flash memory supports circular management or stop logging when full. CSV storage is limited by the 4 GB SD memory capacity.

Wall mounting

The case includes a rear fixing hole, with an optional HD208.13 aluminum flange for fixed wall installation.
