Air and gas temperature checks become faster and easier when the probe reacts quickly in the measuring point. With a T90 response time of approx. 2 s, this Type K probe supports efficient measurements in air and gas applications across a wide measuring range from -65 ... +400 °C.
The open probe design uses NiCr-Ni wires with Ø0.5 mm, welded at the tip and ground flat. This makes it suitable for air and gas measurement and, with limitations, also for surface checks where direct contact is required.
A 100 mm probe length and slim Ø3 mm V4A tube help you reach compact measuring points without unnecessary bulk. The rigidly connected NST1200 miniature flat connector provides a direct plug-in interface for compatible measuring instruments, while Class 1 accuracy gives the measurement result a defined technical basis.
The probe uses a Type K NiCr-Ni thermocouple sensor element for temperature measurement in air and gas.
NiCr-Ni wires with Ø0.5 mm are welded at the front and ground flat for direct exposure at the measuring point.
The sensor is built into a V4A tube with Ø3 mm diameter and 100 mm probe length.
The probe connects via an NST1200 miniature flat connector that is rigidly attached to the sensor body.
The design is also suitable for surface measurement with limitations, as stated for the probe type.
