Introduction

Local temperature indication should be simple to install and easy to read. This digital panelmeter provides a compact 24 x 48 mm display solution for process temperature values, with versions for Pt100, Pt1000 or Type K thermocouple sensors.
 
No configuration is required, reducing setup effort during panel assembly. Depending on the version, the device covers Pt100 from -200..+650 °C or -60.0..+199.9 °C, Pt1000 from -60..+199.9 °C and Type K thermocouple from -50..+1150 °C. Pt100 and Pt1000 versions can be adjusted using a spindle trimmer on the back of the device.
 
The 3½-digit red LED display has 10 mm digits for clear front-panel reading. Supply voltage is selectable as 12 V DC or 24 V DC via solder bridge, while spring-clip mounting supports panel thicknesses from 1 to approx. 10 mm. Front ingress protection (IP) is IP54, with IP65 available using the optional O-ring set.

Features

Version-specific input

The panelmeter is supplied for a defined input type, including Pt100, Pt1000 or Type K thermocouple.

RTD offset adjustment

 Pt100 and Pt1000 versions include a rear spindle trimmer for compensating sensor offset, such as long cable effects.

Supply voltage selection

 The supply can be set to 12 V DC or 24 V DC using a solder bridge next to the connection terminal.

Panel mounting

The housing is fixed by a VA spring clip and supports panel thicknesses from 1 to approx. 10 mm.

Electrical connection

Connection is made via a 4-pin screw/plug-in terminal for wire cross-sections from 0.14 to 1.5 mm².

Display resolution

Versions are available with 1 °C or 0.1 °C resolution, depending on the measuring range.
