Oxygen partial pressure sensors for gas analysis

GGO / GOO / GOG xxx

Oxygen partial pressure sensor family for gas analysis, with GGO closed, GOO open and GOG/ResOx sampling housings. Model variants cover 0.0 … 35.0 or 0.0 … 100.0 vol.-% O2 and connect to GMH 369x or GMH 569x meters.

Introduction

Gas analysis does not always happen under the same conditions. This sensor family gives users the right housing concept for the measuring task: GGO for atmosphere and systems without relevant pressure, GOO for gases flowing around the sensor, and GOG/ResOx for sampling small gas probes with a gas sampling pump.

The variants support oxygen measurement in conjunction with compatible GMH instruments. Depending on the sensor element, the family covers 0.0 … 35.0 vol.-% O2 for applications with high CO2 concentrations or 0.0 … 100.0 vol.-% O2 for low oxygen and concentrations above 35 vol.-% O2 where larger CO2 content is not present.

Practical details support reliable work in the field and at the measuring point. The GOO design helps measuring gas stream around the sensor without pressure build-up, while GGO housings can be screwed tightly into systems with small overpressure or underpressure within the specified limits. An integrated temperature sensor is included in the cable connection.

Right housing fit
GGO, GOO and GOG/ResOx variants cover atmosphere, flowing gas and gas sampling tasks.
Wide O2 coverage
Model variants measure 0.0 … 35.0 or 0.0 … 100.0 vol.-% O2.
Flow-optimized option
GOO drillings let measuring gas stream around the sensor without pressure build-up.
CO2 application choice
GOEL 370 variants are suitable for high CO2 concentrations and 0.0 … 35.0 vol.-% O2.

Features

Housing variants

GGO is a closed housing, GOO is an open housing with drillings, and GOG/ResOx is a specialized gas sampling housing.

Instrument compatibility

GGO, GOO and GGA 370/381 variants are for GMH 369x instruments; 570/581 variants are for GMH 569x instruments.

Sensor elements

GOEL 370 uses acidic electrolyte. GOEL 381 uses basic electrolyte and is intended for applications without larger CO2 concentration.

Pressure conditions

GGO can be used at atmosphere and in systems without overpressure or underpressure. It can also be screwed into systems with small pressure differences.

Gas sampling

GOG/ResOx housings are designed to sample and analyze small gas probes by means of a gas sampling pump.

Integrated temperature sensor

The connection uses an approx. 1 m cable with an integrated temperature sensor.
