High-temperature checks in grills and ovens are easier to manage with a probe built for heat, food contact and slim insertion points. This Pt1000 insertion probe supports long-term measurements in ovens or grills, with a Ø 3 mm stainless steel tube for gases, liquids and soft plastic materials.
The probe tip covers -70 ... +400 °C, while the 1-meter glass fibre insulated cable with stainless steel braided jacket is heat-resistant to 400 °C. Response time is under 10 s in water at 0.4 m/s and approximately 40 s in air at 2 m/s, helping users capture temperature changes without long waiting times.
Designed for 2-wire measuring instruments with BNC-T input, the family includes versions with BNC connector or loose cable ends with ferrules. The sensor sheath is suitable for continuous food contact from the tip up to 1 cm before the EPDM grommet according to Regulation (EC) 1935/2004.
Suitable for temperature measurement in gases, liquids and soft plastic materials.
The insertion sensor uses a 1.4404 (V4A) stainless steel tube with a pointed Ø 3 mm probe design.
The family includes versions with BNC connector and EPDM grommet or loose cable ends with ferrules.
Accuracy is derived from EN 60751, with tolerance values specified across defined temperature ranges.
