High gas and air temperatures need a probe that reacts quickly without becoming bulky at the measuring point. This compact Type K probe measures up to +400 °C at the probe tip, with a miniaturized Ø3 mm sensor design and open construction for a response time of approx. 15 s in air at 2 m/s.
The stainless steel AISI 316 sheath supports use where material resistance and continuous food contact suitability matter. A compact silicone pen-type handle withstands up to +250 °C, while the 1 m silicone cable is specified for permanent use up to +230 °C and short-term use up to +250 °C.
With Class 1 accuracy derived from DIN EN 60584-1:2014-07 and a miniature flat pin plug, the probe fits Type K thermocouple instruments such as ECO 130 and PRO 131. It is a practical choice for fast gas and air temperature checks in demanding temperature environments.
The probe uses a Type K thermocouple element for connection to compatible thermocouple instruments like ECO 130 or PRO 131/135
The probe has a compact silicone handle and a 1 meter silicone cable specified for high operating temperatures. No damage by touching hot surfces up to 250°C.
