Reliable oxygen measurement in the lab and in shallow water starts with a probe that fits the task without adding unnecessary handling effort. DX 535 combines a compact Ø12 mm shaft with an optical, non-consuming measuring principle, making it well suited for BOD-5 determination, near-surface waters and wastewater applications up to 1 m depth.
The sensor measures dissolved oxygen saturation and concentration, with additional temperature and pressure measurement for compensated readings. No chemicals are required, and there is no minimum flow requirement at the membrane, which supports stable work in laboratory vessels and low-flow measuring situations.
Its digital DX interface connects the probe to Senseca PRO-Line meters, including multi-channel instruments for parallel sensor evaluation. With IP67 protection, a fixed 2 m PUR cable and M12 connection, DX 535 is a compact choice for routine dissolved oxygen work where laboratory handling and digital measurement workflow matter.
The sensor uses luminescence quenching to measure dissolved oxygen without consuming oxygen at the measuring membrane.
The probe measures oxygen saturation, oxygen concentration, temperature and pressure for dissolved oxygen applications.
The sensor cap is user replaceable and specified for up to 2 years with optimum treatment.
